2022版协调制度对品目3822条文进行了修改，并对子目进行进一步细分，新设子目3822.11、3822.12、3822.13、3822.19、3822.90。经过此次转换，品目3822的范围进一步扩大，将包含原第三十章的一些产品，如品目3002的一些检测试剂及子目3006.20的血型试剂。
在第三十章设立的排他条款需要将试剂盒（包括疟疾诊断试剂盒）转移到品目3822。因此，2017版子目3002.11、3002.13、3002.14、3002.15的相关试剂产品转移到2022版子目3822.11、3822.12、3822.19中，子目3002.11在2022版中被删除。2017版子目3006.20的血型试剂转移到2022版子目3822.13下，子目3006.20在2022版中被删除。
